My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although beautifully decorated with nice city views from the 11th floor, lacked noise insulation and felt somewhat cramped due to excessive furnishings like multiple coffee tables. The service, however, was exceptional and great value for money, with staff being courteous and helpful with all our requests.
